Fresh Sage & Almond Pesto

Ingredients
1/4 C fresh sage leaves1/4 C fresh parsley1 clove fresh garlic1 oz feta cheese1 oz almonds (approx 24 whole kernels)1/4 C olive oil
Directions
Combine all ingredients in food processor and process on high speed until smooth paste is achieved. Add water or broth (drops at a time) if consistency is too thick. Season to taste with salt and pepper. To reduce calories substitute vegetable or chicken/no-chicken broth for part of the oil. Makes 4 servings.
