1 8oz cup of fat free plain yogurt1/2 cup Musselman's lite applesauceOR1/2 cup homemade applesauce, no sugar added1 tsp or 1 packet of Splenda1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and serve, simple!
Makes 2 servings about 3/4 cup each
