6 oz. Canadian Bacon 6 light multi grain english muffins8 oz sharp cheddar cheese shredded9 lrg eggs2 cups 1 % milk1 tsp Dry Mustard1 tsp Worcestershire sauce1 can cream of mushroom soup1/2 tsp salt1/8 tsp paprika
1 cook canadian bacon
2 cut muffins into cubes. place cubes in a greased 9 x 13 pyrex
and sprinkle with cheese and bacon
3 beat eggs and milk, mustard, worcestershire, salt, paprika and soup. Pour over bread and cheese layer.
4 cover dish and chill for min. of 3 hours or overnight
5 preheat oven to 350 degrees F
6 uncover and bake for 1 hour
7 let stand for 10 -15 minutes before serving
