multigrain bread

Ingredients
1/2 cup warm water1 tsp sugar1 envelope of dry active yeast (2.25 tsp)1 cup water3/4 cup milk2 tbsp brown sugar2 tbsp margarine5 1/4 cups of multigrain flour1/3 cup Quaker oats1/3 natural wheat bran1/4 cup of sesame seeds1/4 sunflower seeds2 tsp salt
Directions
Combine warm water and sugar in a small bowl. Sprinkle yeast and let stand for about 10 minutes (until frothy).

In bread maker add all other ingredients. Add water/yeast mixture. Set bread machine to dough setting and let run through.

Turn dough out onto a floured surface. Divide in half. Spray 2 loaf pans with non-stick cooking spray. Place dough into each pan. Cover with damp towel and let rise about 1 hour.

Cook in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes.

Makes 2 loaves.
