Best Whole Wheat Couscous

Ingredients
1 cup PC Whole Wheat Couscous1.5 tsp Better than Bouillon - organic vegetable 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water from a recently boiled kettle1 clove Garlic, finely mincedjuice of 1/2 of a lime, or to taste1 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives 5 pimiento stuffed green olives, chopped2 tbsp Basil, chopped2 tbsp Feta cheese, crumbled
Directions
Whisk "Better Than Bouillion" into boiling water with minced garlic. Add couscous and allow to sit for 5 - 10 minutes until all liquid had been absorbed.

Queeze in lime juice and toss well with chives, chopped olives and basil. Gently mix in feta.

Makes four 1 cup servings
