Barb's Grapefruit Chicken

1 24 Oz jar Del Monte SunFresh Red Grapefruit1 1-pound package boneless, skinless chicken thighs (you can use chicken breasts if preferred)1/2 Large Texas sweet onion1/2 cup honey1 teaspoon chili pepper (or to taste)1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning (or to taste)
Pour grapefruit into large bowl.
Clean all the fat off the chicken and cube the chicken
Let chicken sit in grapefruit until ready to add other ingredients.
Once chicken is prepared, pour into a large baking dish.
Add honey, onion, chili pepper & Mrs. Dash and stir.
Cook at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or so, stir occasionally.
Serve over BROWN rice, with fresh, steamed green beans.
