Chicken Cacciatore with Angel Hair Pasta

Ingredients
* Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 lb.* Flour, 2 tbsp* Non-stick vegetable cooking sprah* Vegetable Oil, 1 tbsp * Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) * Cooking Wine - White, 1/2 cup* Chicken Broth, 3/4 cup * Thyme, ground, 1/2 tsp * Basil, 1/2 tbsp * Marjoram, dried, 1/2 tsp * Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices * Onions, chopped, 1/4 cup* Angel Hair (uncooked), 8 oz
Directions
Coat chicken breasts in flour and set aside. In a large skillet sprayed with nonstick vegetable cooking spray, over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil. Add chicken breasts and cook 3-4 minutes until brown on both sides. Remove from skillet and set aside. Add onion and saute for 1 minute. Add tomato paste, white wine, chicken broth, thyme, basil, marjoram and mushrooms. Stir well. Add back chicken breasts and spoon sauce over the top. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 40-45 minutes or until tender.

While the above is simmering, cook pasta according to package directions, but do not add salt or fat to it.

Serve chicken mixture over angel hair pasta.
