Ingredients
1 lbs if Ground Lean Turkey Breast1 Can of Corn1 Can of Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies1 Can of Kidney Beans3 Tbls of Chili Powder3 Tbls of Garlic Powder1 tsp of Black Pepper1/2 Quick Cooking Brown Rice
Directions
Brown turkey in skillet until done, add all other ingredience and simmer on low for about 20 minutes until rice is done.
