Yukon Gold Potatoes (1 potato is about 5oz) use 20 oz Onion, raw 1/2 cup chopped, 0.5 cup Olive Oil, 4 tbsp Garlic powder, 2 tbsp Salt, 1 tspPepper, black, .5 tsp
Wash and cube potatoes. Slice onion, coat roasting pan with olive oil, coat potatoes and onions in oil, add spices, cover, and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
