Ingredients
2 cups chicken ¼ cup parsley, chopped 2 cups quinoa, cooked (basic recipe) ½ tsp salt 2 eggs, beaten ½ tsp cumin ½ cup onion, chopped ½ tsp oregano
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Mix well and form into 1” balls.
3. Deep fry balls until golden brown.
