Nori - 1 sheet, 1 serving Avocados, California (Haas), 1/4 fruit without skin and seedsCucumber (peeled), 2 stick (4" long) Romaine Lettuce (salad), 1 inner leafspring onions-1 medium (15g), 1 serving Ginger, ground, .5 tbsp *oy Sauce, 1 tsp
Directions
wrap cucunbere, lettuce, avocado, onion,ginger in a nori sheet. cut in to 2 pices dip in to soy souce and enjoy.
