1 1/2 c. flour 1 egg2 tsp. baking powder Milk1 c. sugar1/2 tsp. saltTopping:4 T. butter, melted1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. granulated sugar
Sift together the dry ingredients. Melt 4 tablespoons of butter. Crack 1 egg in a 1 cup measure and add enough milk to fill the cup. Add the egg-milk to the dry ingredients. Beat until well blended. Pour into well greased 9x13- inch pan. Pour melted butter over batter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake for 25 Minutes in preheated 350 degree oven. Serve warm. Serves 12
