Fruit smoothie

Ingredients
2 small peaches1/2 cup fresh blueberries3/4 cup plain non-fat yogurt1/2 cup frozen yogurt, non-fat2 T. strawberry jam
Directions
Put in blender...no need to peel the peaches. Blend until smooth. Freeze if desired. Makes 2 smoothies, about 10 oz. each.
