Low-fat Banana muffins

Ingredients
1.5 c flour1/4 c ground flax1/4 c splenda for baking1/2 c unsweetened applesauce1 tbsp canola oil2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt 1/2 c mashed bananas3/4 c 1% milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F. Mix "wet" ingredients, then slowly add in dry. Don't overmix. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake for 20-25 minutes (depending on your oven).
