Zuchinni/Corn Bake

Ingredients
12 oz Fat free sour cream3/4 cup egg substitute10 oz pkg frozen corn kernels1 medium zucchini shredded 1 small can chopped green chilis2 slices lite bread (processed into crumbs)1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese1 teaspoon garlic powdersalt and pepper to taste1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (set aside)
Directions
Mix all ingredients except cheddar cheese until well blended. Pour into a baking dish that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray. Back for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Back for another 10 minutes.

Bake at 350 degrees. Serving size 3/4 cup
