Adobo Chicken Crock Pot Recipe

Ingredients
1 small sweet onion, sliced8 cloves crushed garlic1 cup diced red bell pepper3/4 cup lite soy sauce1/2 cup vinegar3 skinless chicken thighs
Directions
In a small bowl combine the onion, red bell pepper, garlic, soy sauce and vinegar and mix all together.

Place chicken in crockpot and pour mixture over chicken. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

Optional: Serve over Jasmine Rice.

    Combined this recipe and the one by WILLWORKFORFOOD.
    Used apple cider vinegar and to save time .5 cup frozen chopped onions
    There's flexibility to add more chicken if you have a bigger family. I poured some of the left over sauce on my rice, but use sparingly or the rice may get salty - 7/9/11
