Italian Meatball Soup

Ingredients
1 pound of italian sausage, mild1 large can of diced tomatoes1 beef boullion cube3 c water2 large stalks of celery, chopped2 baby zucchinis, sliced and halved1/2 of a medium onion chopped1 can of white beans1 tsp of garlic chopped1 c of macaroni, uncookedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Form sausage into 1 inch balls and add to a large heated pot. Cook sausage on med-high until browned. Stir often.

While sausage is browning, chop zucchini, clerey and onion.

Add can of tomatoes (juice included), beef boullion, water and the above veggies to the pot. Cover and cook on low for 10 minutes.

Add macaroni, beans, garlic, salt and pepper. At this time you may also add crushed red pepper flake if desired. Return cover and cook on low until macaroni is cooked through.

Excellent topped with parmesan cheese and served with french bread on the side.
