Rice w/Mushrooms and Spinach Low Sodium

Ingredients
* Garlic, 1 clove * Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices * Spinach, frozen, 2 cups * Pepper, black, 1 tsp * White Rice, long grain, 4 cup *Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp (remove) Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Cook rice per instructions
Saute mushrooms in garlic and olive oil
Add spinach (microwave frozen spinach 4 mins)
Add Balsamic vinegar
Add pepper
Add cooked rice
Stir together
Serve
