Salsa Verde Chicken

Ingredients
6 4 oz boneless skinless chicken breast2 tsp olive oil2 tsp Mrs. Dash Fiesta lime4 oz monteray Jack Cheesechopped tomato, optional not included in caloriesfresh cilantro, optional not included in calories
Directions
Prepare grill.

Brush chicken with oil and sprinkle with seasoning. Place chicken on grill rack coated with cooking spray;grill 6 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through.

Place cheese and salsa verde in microwave safe glass bowl. Microwaver on high for 2 minutes or until cheese melts and is smooth. Stir every 30 seconds to prevent clumping. Spoon saude over chicken; sprinkle with tomato and cilantro.
