Spicy Tomato, Corn and Black Beans

Ingredients
One medium Onion, chopped1 T. Olive oil3 serrano peppers or your choice peppers1 28 oz. can diced tomatoes1 12 oz. bag frozen corn kernels2 14 oz. cans black beansdash of liquid smokegarlic powder to taste~1/2 tspchili powder to taste~2 tsp.cumin to taste ~1 tsp.lime wedges to squeeze1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions
Sautee onion and pepper in the olive oil and dash of liquid smoke if desired. When soft, add tomatoes and spices and cook liquid down somewhat. Meanwhile, in separate, DRY pan, heated until hot, pour corn kernels in while frozen. Stir and allow to brown in the dry pan. Add the black beans and a bit of water if needed, stir and allow them to cook with tomatoes; taste and correct seasoning. Last, just before serving, stir in the corn. Squeeze lime wedges over and sprinkle with cliantro when serving.
