Chicken and Broccoli Rice Divan

1 6 1/2 oz pkg. Rice-A-Roni Broccoli Rice Au Gratin2 c. boiling water2 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts1/4 tsp. garlic powder2 c. frozen broccoli florets, thawed1/2 c. shredded 2% cheddar cheese
Heat oven to 425. Combine rice and seasoning packet in Dutch oven, add boiling water and mix well. Saute chicken breasts lightly. Cut into 1 inch pieces. Add chicken, sprinkle with garlic powder. Cover and simmer 30 minutes; remove from heat and sprinkle with broccoli and cheese. Cover and return to low heat, cook 5 to 8 minutes more. Serves 4.
