Pork Carnitas

Ingredients
1.75 pounds cubed pork 2 jars Newmans own natural salsa(I used 1 mild & 1 pineapple)Water
Directions
Place pork cubes into bottom of a large crock pot.
Top with salsa and add water to cover meat. (I like the sauce to be smooth- so I put both jars of salsa in the blender before adding)
Cook on medium for 6 hours.
Serve with lots of fresh veggies and top with some non fat greek yogurt, lime juice and fresh cilantro. YUM!
