Butternut Squash Baked w/Swiss Cheese

Ingredients
2 lbs Butternut Squash1/2 cup onion3 tablespoon butter1 tsp salt1/4-1/2 tsp pepper2 eggs3/4 cup milk1 cup Swiss Cheese
Directions
Slice Squash into small thin slices. Chop of onions into fine little pieces. Mix squash, onion, butter, salt & pepper into baking dish, cover & cook for 30-45min (until squash is soft).

Well mix eggs, milk and cheese. Pour onto and cook for additional 20 minutes or until brown on top.
Cook on 375 degrees.
