Roasted Corn Salsa

1 cup frozen sweet corn2 medium tomatoes1 small onion2 tbsp fresh cilantro; chopped1 tbsp green pepper; finely chopped1 tsbs red pepper; finely chopped1/4 tsp saltdash of black pepperdash of cayenne pepper
Prepare frozen corn in pan as usual with the exception of letting it cook just a bit longer so that it becomes a little browned; cool. Chop all ingredients and add corn and any seasonings you might like. Makes about 6 half-cup servings.
