12 chicken drumstsicks, skinless. Can also use thighs2TBSP Dijon mustard1/4Cup Lemon juice1/4Cup honey1TBSP mild Curry Powder1Tsp salt
1. Preheat oven 375
2. Rinse Chicken, pat dry
3. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl
4. place chicken in marinade and stir to coat.
5. Add extra seasoning you like for flavor to chicken once in casserole dish
6. Bake 1.5hrs turning pieces once and basting occasionally until sauce is a thick golden glaze
