Sesame Sweet Chicken

Ingredients
3 pounds of skinless chicken thights, about 12 pieces1/2 cup hoisin cause1/4 cup honey3 tbsp lime juice2 tbsp reduced-soduim soy sauce1 tbsp grated gingerroot1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds1/2 tsp each ground cumin and paprika
Directions
Arrange chicken pieces in a shallow glass dish. Combine all remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over chicken. Turn pieces to coat both sides with marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and marnate in the refrigerator for one hour. You can marinate chicken overnight if you have the time.
Prepare Grill. Remove chicken pieces from marinade and grill over medium-hot coals for about 10 minutes per side. Be careful not to burn them. Brush frequently with extra marinade. Serve hot.
Makes 6 servings, two pieces each.

    This was delicious!!! I did not marinade the chicken...I placed the chicken in a casserole dish and poured the marinade over it. I also toasted the sesame seeds and sprinkled them over top instead of mixing them in. I baked it at 350. Excellent flavor! Thanks for sharing! - 8/17/10
