Directions
If the chicken is frozen then use a microwave to defrost if time is a factor.

1. add a tbsp of olive oil to a deep pan and add the chicken.(you can cook the chicken on a grill master but i find that it makes the chicken chewy)

2. Cook the chicken until the middle is cooked.(check middle by cutting slices in the chicken with knife) cover with a lid to prevent splattering

3. After chicken is cooked, cut the chicken into preferred wedges or chunks and assort them onto the tortilla. Add the desired amount of shredded cheese to the wrap.

4. place the wrap on a microwave safe tray and cook for 40 seconds to heat wrap and melt cheese.

5. add desired amount of mayo or any other veggies that you would like and enjoy. Be carefull the wrap may be hot
