Barbequed Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 breast, bone and skin removed Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) , or more if you likeCelery, raw, .5 cup, diced 1 cup Ketchup1 cup water *Lemon Juice, .25 cup Brown Sugar, 6 tsp packed Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp Yellow Mustard, 6 tsp or 1 packet 3 T. Worcestershire sauce1 cup water
Directions
Brown chicken in a nonstick frying pan sprayed with nonstick pan coating, or on an indoor grill. Cut up onions into rings. Mix ketchup, water, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and mustard. Put chicken breast into 11 x 7.5 inch baking dish. Pour sauce over. Bake uncovered in slow over (325 degrees) at least 1.25 to 2 hours.
