Ingredients
Directions
1 cup frozen banana, in 1-inch pieces7 oz Silken tofu (half of a block)1 6 oz container of light vanilla yogurt1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries1 cup Silk Chocolate Light Soymilk

If the mixture is too thick to blend well, stop blender and either stir with a rubber spatula or add more yogurt/soymilk to get desired consistancy.
