Olive Salad

Ingredients
Peloponnese olives, entire carton 105 gram(s) Cucumber (peeled), 1 large (8-1/4" long)Avocado (1 whole medium fruit), 1 serving Lemon Juice 1 Tbsp. for avocado (prevent browning)Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 head, small Cheddar Cheese, 2 oz
Directions
Wash, peel, slice cucumber. Wash, pat dry, tear lettuce. Dice Avocado and coat with lemon juice. Shred 2 ounces of cheddar cheese. Drain and dice Peloponnese olives. Mix, chill, serve, ENJOY!
