Vegan Meatless Loaf Sandwich

Ingredients
1 cup dry oatmeal1 can mock duck or chicken (seitan), chopped1.5 cup cooked brown rice.5 block extra firm tofu, mashed1 tbsp oiive oil1 tbsp whole wheat flour.25 cup ground walnuts.25 cup nutritional yeast1 medium onion, chopped1 large carrot, chopped1 can diced tomatoes (drained)1 tbsp garlic powder.5 tsp black pepper1 tsp dried basil.5 tsp dried oregano1 tbsp mustard2 tbsp barbecue or worcestershire sauce2 tbsp flax meal.25 cup corn meal6 tbsp ketchup (for topping)
Directions
pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
drain tomatoes, mash or chop & combine with oatmeal
chop, dice & mash other ingredients
combine all (except ketchup) in large bowl
pack into 1 greased standard or 3-4 greased mini loaf pans
spread ketchup on top
bake for 60 minutes
slice & serve with whole wheat bread
