White Whole Wheat Flour Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup 2% Milk4 eggs, separateddash salt1 TBLS Sugar1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
1) Warm milk slightly, add sugar to dissolve
2) Combine remaining dry ingredients
3) Beat egg yolks into the milk sugar mixture
4) Combine wet & dry ingredients
5) Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry
6) Fold egg whites into batter
7) Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, drop batter onto preheated skillet or griddle (you must use some form of cooking spray/butter/oil which is not calculated in the recipe's nutritional information)

Top with your favorite toppings, mine are honey & strawberries, and enjoy!
