Gluten Free Pumpkin Spice Cake

1 package Namaste Foods Gluten Free Spice Cake Mix1 cup canned fresh pumpkin3 eggs3/4 cup water2/3 cup oil1 tsp flax seed
Heat oven to 350
Lightly spray or grease pans
Combine eggs, water, oil and flax seed to cake mix and blend well.
Add in pumpkin.
Bake for approximately 30 - 35 minutes for two 9" pans or 20-25 minutes for cupcakes.
I cut into 32 brownie size pieces for a quick dessert.
