1 100 calorie tortilla1/4 cup Mids pizza sauce3 tbsp parmesan1/2 zucchini thinly sliced1/2 cup mushrooms, shitake1/4 cup onions.
Directions
Cook tortilla for 4 minutes at 400 degrees. Quick fry all veggies, sprinkle with oregano and garlic salt. Add sauce and veggies and cheese. Cook 5 more minutes.
