salmon stew

2 cans salmon3 large potatoes1 large onion3 tblsp smart balance buttersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
cook potatoes in water until tender. drain potatoes and add salmon from can, milk, onions, and butter. Simmer until onions are tender. add salt and pepper to taste.
