Chicken Curry

Ingredients
6 boneless chicken breasts1/2 cup honey1/4 cup dijon mustard1/4 cup butter1 Tsp curry1 Tsp salt1 cup long grain white rice2 cups boiling water1 Tsp butter
Directions
Pam oblong casserole dish...lay in chicken...set aside. In sauce pan on top of stove combine honey, mustard, butter, curry, salt...and bring to a simmer. Pour over chicken and put in
375 degree oven uncovered.

Pam another casserole dish put in two cups of rice..add a teaspoon of butter and 2 cups of boiled water. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
