Ingredients
1/2 of Multi-Grain Sandwich Thin1 Medium mushroom, sliced1 oz. 75% Reduced Fat Cabot Sharp Cheddar1 thin slice raw onion1tbsp Pizza Sauce
Directions
Spread Pizza Sauce evenly on Sandwich Thin
Layer Mushrooms & Onion on top of sauce
Layer thinly sliced cheese over veggies (1 oz. block sliced very thin works well)

Cook in Toaster Oven 5 min. ( I set mine to broil).
