1 5 oz. frozen tilapia filet, thawed according to directions2 sprays olive oil in Misto1 t. lemon juice1 t. Greek seasoning
Directions
Thaw tilapia filet according to directions on package. Spray filet with 2 sprays of olive oil through a Misto dispenser. Drizzle on lemon juice. Sprinkle with Greek seasoning. Cook on High in microwave for about 5 minutes, until fish flakes.
