1/2 Medium Red Onion, Chopped (75g)1 Small Tomato, chopped (80g)1 Small Jalapeno, seeded and diced (10g)1 Large Mango, diced (160g)Juice of 1 Small Limesalt to taste

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for 1 hour, to let flavors meld.
