chicken, butternut squash and sweet potato casserole

Ingredients
I medium butternut squash peeled and cubed1 medium onion chopped1 garlic clove chopped4 medium carrots peeled and sliced3 medium sweet potatoes peeled and sliced3 stalks of celery325 skinless chicken breast15 grams of vegetable bouillion powder or a veg stock cube
Directions
chop everything up and place in large saucepan cover with water and bring to the boil. Simmer for aprox an hour or until chicken is cooked.
