finnish whole grain pancakes

Ingredients
3 cups soy milk1 cup water1tsp salt2tbsp melted butter or margarine2 cups graham whole wheat flouregg replacer for 2 eggs3tsp honey or sugar
Directions
combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
heat a heavy nonstick skillet or griddle; it is hot enough when water sizzles on the pan.
pour on batter, making each pancake about 6 inches across.
cook 2-3 min on each side, serve with maple syrup and fresh fruit
