Ingredients
1-6 oz. box of Near East 100% Natural Whole Grain Blends--Wheat Pilaf1 Tbsp. of Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 1/3 c. water
Directions
In round 2-quart microwaveable glass casserole, combine wheat, contents of spice sac, 2 1/3 c. water and 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil. Cover and microwave on high for 15-18 minutes (or until most of the water is absorbed). Let stand about 5 minutes or until all of the water is absorbed. Fluff the pilaf lightly with a fork before serving.
