* *Flour, white, 2 cup (remove) * Granulated Sugar, .5 cup (remove) * Baking Powder, 3 tsp (remove) * Salt, .5 tsp (remove) * Milk, 1%, .75 cup (remove) * Olive Oil, .33 cup (remove) * Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove) * Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed (remove)
Dry ingredients first. Make a well in the middle of bowl. Put liquid ingredients in well. Stir sparingly only about 12-15 times or until mixed...DO NOT OVERMIX. Put in paper muffin cups in 12 muffin tin. Cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
