Crunchy Napa Cabbage Slaw with Creamy Soy Dressing

*Snow Peas, fresh, 1.5 cup , thinly slicedCabbage, napa, 8 cup, coarsely shreddedScallions, raw, 2 bunches thinly sliced, including green topsCilantro, fresh, 1.3 cups, lightly choppedRadishes, 1.3 cup thinly sliced Almonds, 0.65 cup, slivered vinegar, white wine, 3 tbsp *Splenda, 2 tsp Garlic, 1 cloveSesame Oil, .5 1tsp cayenne pepper, .25 ts*Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light, 1 cup
Place almonds in 9" cake pan in 350 oven until golden, 6-9 minutes. In large bowl,combine cabbage, peas, radishes, scallions, and cilantro. A mandoline slicer is perfect to use to do all your slicing. Make dressing: whisk together vinegar, Splenda, oil, garlic, and cayenne. Then whisk in mayo. Toss cabbage mixture with dressing and almonds. Serve and enjoy!
