Curried Pasta & Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 oz elbow macaroni (about 1/2 cup)1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chickenj1 cup chopped apple1/3 cup chopped celery1/4 cup finely chopped red onion1/3 cup mayo1/3 cup plain yogurt1/2 tsp yellow curry powder1/8 tsp salt1/4 cup cashews or peanuts (optional)
Directions
Cook pasta. Drain and rinse w/cold water.


In large bowl, combine cooked pasta, chix, apple, celery, and onion.

In small bowl, stir together mayo, yogurt, curry, and salt. Pour over pasta mixture. Toss. Cover and chill. Stir in nuts just before serving.
