1 tsp. Olive oil1 Tbsp. chopped scallions1 clove garlic, minced1/2 C. onion, chopped1/2 C. vegetarian refried beans1/4 C. Cilantro, choppedChopped Black Olives1/4 of an avocado
Directions
Saute scallions, garlic, and onion in olive oil. Add refried beans. Remove from heat and garnish with cilantro, black olives, and avocado.
