2 block Extra firm Tofu1 C. Chopped Onion11 C. Chopped bell peppers3 package chopped baby bella mushrooms1t Olive oil
Directions
Saute all ingredients in Olive oil. place aoubt a1 cup of mixture into flour tortilla. Fold and eat! Makes 6 1 cup servings.
