Ingredients
1 c. quick oats2 scoops vanilla protein powder (use muscle milk light)1 c egg whites1 c cottage cheese (1%)1 tsp cinnamon (opt)
Directions
blend dry ingredients; add therest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. (add additional water if needed to make smoother/thinner) cook on preheated griddle 1-2min per side.
Yield=15 pancakes
