Betty Crocker Waffles

Ingredients
2 5/8 cups All-Purpose Flour1 1/2 tbsp baking powder3/8 tsp salt3 eggs2 5/8 cups milk3/4 cup cooking oil1 tsp vanilla flavoring
Directions
Mix together flour, baking powder, and salt. beat eggs and add to flour mix. Beat in milk and oil. Stir till smooth - don't overmix!
Pour 1 to 1 and 1/4 cup of batter onto waffle iron. Bake according to waffle iron directions. Serve warm.

Makes roughly 30 waffles (on my iron using 1/4 cup batter per waffle)
