Ingredients
1 cup of old fashion raw oats, uncooked1 cup FF Milk1/2 cup of Dannon Lit & Fit Non-Fat Yogurt1 whole banana
Directions
crush the oats in the blender for 30 secs or more til' blended as desired, helps prevent clumps

pour remaining ingredients in blender
blend for 60 secs.
add ice if necessary
